Hazel originally from Dublin, Ireland came to the Cayman Islands in August 2024, joining the SteppingStones team in July 2025 as a Recruiter.
Hazel holds a Bachelor’s degree in English & Linguistics from UCD and two Master’s Degrees from Dublin City University in Psychology and Work & Organizational Psychology, respectively. Hazel is passionate about education and describes herself as an eternal student. She has published an academic research paper in the Journal of Cancer Survivorship and is a keen researcher. From a professional perspective, Hazel sat on the executive search team in PwC Ireland’s Workforce division where she was involved in placing C-suite and senior level executives across the public and private sector.
Today, Hazel works across various mandates in her role as a generalist recruiter at SteppingStones, supporting clients and candidates alike with their unique requirements.
Outside of work, Hazel loves to play sport (Gaelic football, touch rugby and pickleball to name just a few) as well as meet new people and socialize. Hazel is also an avid traveler and loves to visit new places and cultures. This love for travel is what brought Hazel to the Cayman Islands.
