In her role as Growth and Culture Manager, Tracy-Ann leads the company’s growth, culture, and client engagement strategy, bringing together business development, relationship management, and people-first leadership. She plays a key role in strengthening client partnerships, driving sustainable business growth, and shaping a high-performance culture where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
Her extensive expertise includes employee compensation, benefits administration, labour relations, immigration processes, HR compliance, organisational development, and stakeholder engagement. Tracy-Ann firmly believes that a company’s greatest strength is its people, and its relationships, and she is dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, growth, and wellbeing across the business and client community.
Tracy-Ann holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool and the SHRM People Management Qualification. Outside of work, she enjoys giving back to the community through church and charity work, spending quality time with family and friends, capturing life’s moments through photography, or catching up on the latest true crime drama series.
