 A well-established company in the real estate sector is seeking a reliable and experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact at reception — greeting clients and managing incoming calls
  • Open and close the office daily, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, scheduling, and data entry
  • Support internal teams with day-to-day office operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or front desk role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
