Corporate Paralegal

We have partnered with one of the leading offshore law firms to assist them in their search for an experienced Paralegal to join their busy, collegiate and highly successful Corporate team in the Cayman Islands.

A challenging and varied role, this is a fantastic opportunity to support Partners and other fee earners on a range of complex, high-value, cross-border transactions, including M&As, private equity, joint ventures, digital assets work and regulatory matters. This is a key role within a high-performing team with a reputation for excellence, but with a friendly and down to earth culture.

• At least 3 years’ working as a Paralegal in a leading and internationally-recognised law firm
• Corporate M&A experience
• Cayman or other offshore experience highly desirable
• A Paralegal or legal qualification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A positive, proactive attitude
