We’re currently recruiting for a Hospitality Marketing Manager to join on a 3-month contract, with the possibility for long-term employment.
Our client, managing 40+ luxury vacation properties in Grand Cayman, is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented leader to join their team.
About the Role
As the Hospitality Marketing Manager, you will serve as the key liaison between guests, operations teams, and brand vision. You’ll be responsible for managing both inbound guest inquiries and outbound marketing efforts, leveraging performance and revenue data to drive occupancy and enhance engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily reservations and guest communication to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure listings are accurate, optimized, and aligned with current market demand and trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences
• Develop and lead marketing campaigns to increase bookings and elevate brand visibility.
• Track marketing performance, analyze engagement data, and optimize campaigns based on results.
• Represent the brand externally at events and with partners, media, and influencers.
• Analyze booking trends, demand patterns, and local events to inform pricing and promotional decisions.
• Monitor the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
• Develop data-informed packages, promotions, and pricing strategies to meet revenue goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
• 3+ years in hospitality, vacation rentals, or real estate with leadership experience in marketing and operations.
• Proficient in Guesty, PriceLabs, and digital marketing platforms (email, social media, SEO, analytics).
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, photography, video production, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to combine creative marketing with data-driven revenue strategies.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
