HR Administrator

Must be based in the Cayman Islands with the full right to work
Short-term contract: 1–3 months
Immediate or short notice availability is needed

We’re looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join one of our clients on a short-term basis (1–3 months). This role requires someone who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision and provide reliable day-to-day HR administrative support.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintaining employee records and HR systems
  • Assisting with general HR documentation and compliance
  • Providing ad hoc support to the HR team

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in HR administration
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Immediate or short notice availability
