Join a dynamic and growing technology partner supporting clients across the Cayman Islands and wider Caribbean. As a Senior Technical Specialist, you’ll play a critical hands-on role in the design, implementation, and support of modern infrastructure and cloud-based solutions.
This position is ideal for candidates who are ready to take ownership of solutions delivery while working directly with clients in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end technical solutions across cloud, networking, and security projects, from design to deployment and support.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Security & Compliance).
- Provide technical administration and support of Azure environments, including resource groups, virtual machines, and virtual networking.
- Deploy, configure, and support Fortinet firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
- Participate in technical project planning, documentation, and post-deployment reviews.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering roles, with customer-facing exposure.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including administration, security & compliance, E5 features).
- Solid understanding and experience with Microsoft Azure
- Proficiency with Fortinet devices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem solving, service delivery, and process improvement.
