Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Richard relocated with his family to Cayman in April 2023. With 10 years’ experience in both agency and in-house recruitment, Richard brings a unique perspective having worked both sides of the coin, which puts him in an excellent place to support both his clients and his candidates.

Richard ran an extremely busy Contracting desk in Ireland but has also a wide range of experience which includes recruiting in Tech, Human Resources and Commercial roles.

Away from his desk, Richard’s passions include playing Golf, Gaelic football and Pickleball as well as travelling.
