Accounts & Collections Clerk
Description
They are now seeking an Accounts & Collections Clerk to join them, on a full time, permanent basis.
What you’ll do
- Manage accounts receivable and collections process, including communication with customers, billing investigations, and payment collections.
- Prepare reports on collections activities and progress.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice disputes and process credit applications.
- Participate in process improvement projects.
What you’ll bring
- Degree or diploma in Finance or Business.
- 3-5 years of experience in collections and accounts receivable.
- Strong work ethic, prioritization skills, and proficiency in Excel.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
