Corporate Governance Administrator
Description
As the Corporate Governance Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and governance requirements are met.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the corporate secretary for all entities
- Maintain official corporate documents in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and facilitate board meetings and shareholder meetings.
- Manage corporate administrative tasks including filings, communication with regulatory bodies, and maintaining corporate registers.
- Act as the primary point of contact with local regulators and regulatory compliance management.
- Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and risk management initiatives.
What you’ll bring
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Enrollment in formal Corporate Secretarial education courses preferred.
- Discretion with confidential information and strong communication skills.
- Experience with records management and proficiency in office software.
- Knowledge of economic substance legislation and experience with Diligent Boards would be an asset.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and a team player.
