Business Analyst - Real Estate

Description

Seeking a finance-savvy Business Analyst with expertise in automation to enhance financial operations in a real estate finance setting. This role combines financial process knowledge, data analysis skills, and technical proficiency to streamline workflows, support data-driven decisions, and drive continuous improvement through automation and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing financial processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using Power Platform tools 
  • Ensure automation workflows are accurate, auditable, and meet financial compliance standards
  • Collaborate with finance teams to understand reporting needs, data gaps, and workflow challenges
  • Translate business and finance requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions
  • Integrate automation tools with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and other systems
  • Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize financial performance and process efficiency
  • Document automated processes and workflows for long-term usability and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on automation, data analysis, or process improvement
  • Experienec with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  • Proficient in using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
