Manager - Corporate Services

Description

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and people-focused Manager to lead our Corporate Services function. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with a variety of clients, and is confident navigating complex regulatory and governance requirements. You’ll play a key role in guiding the team and shaping how we deliver high-quality corporate administration services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Oversee a range of corporate entities, ensuring all compliance, governance, and legal obligations are met
  • Provide guidance on day-to-day client matters, while reviewing and signing off on corporate documentation
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and help implement process and service upgrades
  • Handle more complex matters directly, including resolutions, board documentation, and regulatory filings
  • Liaise with banks, regulators, and other external parties to support client needs
  • Maintain clean, accurate records across corporate databases and ensure due diligence files are kept up to date
  • Support department-wide initiatives and knowledge sharing to build consistency and excellence across the team

Requirements

  • Professional certification such as ICSA, STEP, or equivalent
  • At least 10 years’ experience in financial services, including 5+ years in a corporate services environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Solid knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and corporate governance standards
  • Experience managing complex client portfolios and transactions
