About the Role
Our client, a well-established fiduciary services provider, is seeking a Fiduciary Services Administrator for a temporary 6-month assignment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong administrative experience in corporate or fiduciary services. Senior administrators are also encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will support senior leadership and contribute to the smooth operation of fiduciary and corporate administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding, KYC processes, GIIN applications, and US tax form submissions
- Prepare and file corporate documents with relevant authorities
- Maintain and update corporate records and transaction documentation
- Manage electronic and physical filing systems
- Maintain share and subordinated note registers
- Assist with invoicing and receivables tracking
- Prepare annual compliance certificates
- Support pre- and post-closing documentation and file management
- Perform general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed
Skills & Experience
- Minimum high school diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor and discretion with confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
