Senior Corporate Administrator
Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Administrator to join their team in the Cayman Islands.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in corporate administration, including corporate documentation, statutory filings, regulatory compliance, and entity management. Knowledge of AML/KYC requirements is essential, and a professional governance qualification (completed or in progress) would be advantageous.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience within financial services, legal, corporate services, or a regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of corporate administration and compliance processes
- Experience preparing and maintaining corporate records and documentation
- Understanding of AML/KYC and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- ICSA qualification (fully or partially) preferred
