Customer Service Representative
Description
On behalf of our client a locally recognized insurance company. We are actively recruiting for the position of Customer Services Representative. If you have excellent people skills and previous customer service experience, read on for more information!
This specific role involves;
- Advising customers primarily on Home and Motor insurance and other products
- Data Entry
- Assisting superiors in meeting new generating new business and maintaining current clients
- Other Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements;
- 5+ years previous experience in a similar insurance function
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- User knowledge of Epic is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
