Accounts Assistant
Description
On behalf of our client, a highly successful business here in the Cayman Islands, we are actively seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their existing team.
Duties;
- Reconciliation of accounts and statements
- Prepare, review and process all vendor payments
- Review invoices and statements in preparation for payments
- Analyzing discrepancies and unpaid invoices
- Carrying out preparation of all new vendor application forms
- Other additional administrative duties
Requirements;
- Degree in Accounting would be beneficial
- 3-5 years working in a similar capacity
- Previous experience with Great Plains would be ideal
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Mathematically minded
- Excellent problem solving skills
