Pro Services Manager
Description
Responsibilities:
- Management of 24/7 technical teams
- Project management
- Client technical meetings
- Reporting service levels to Managers
- Help Account managers with technical proposals and RFP’s
- Manage the Cloud.ky platform
- Day to day management of Office datacenter
- Complete service tickets if required
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude
- Prioritize assigned tasks for team, and work concurrently on multiple complex projects with competing deadlines
- Ability to mentor and train staff
- Global knowledge of the IT services landscape
- At least 3 years’ experience of working as a team leader or supervising staff in a managerial role
- At least 5 years’ experience supporting HPE and Aruba hardware
- At least 5 years’ experience providing server or cloud support with a willingness to learn new things
- Professional qualifications in Microsoft technologies including Office 365 and Azure
- Minimum five years’ experience working with Microsoft, VMware, Citrix and Veeam networking technologies
