Personal Assistant Part-Time

SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client to assist them in sourcing a part-time Personal Assistant to join their Cayman team.

The main responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to inbox and diary management for two of the company’s Directors and various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be expected to work Monday to Friday from 9am-2pm. 

We are looking for a candidate who has excellent written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be technologically proficient with experience using the Microsoft Office suite and in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience performing administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and photocopying, and general file management is required. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with a professional services or legal secretarial background.

Please note that at this time only on-island Caymanian candidates can be considered for this role.
