A strong background in a specific area within Funds / Fund Services is typically required to secure a role in Cayman. A minimum of three years’ experience is generally expected as well, and any industry relevant qualification is always regarded highly here. Qualifications such as the ICSA, CAIA, an Accounting designation (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA etc.) and CFA are generally always in demand in Cayman.
