Account Executive

Description

We are actively seeking an experienced Account Executive for a fantastic Cayman based organization with a strong market reputation. We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years experience within funds, preferably within the Cayman market.

You must have experience in:

• Liaising with third party stakeholders such as Attorneys, Investment Managers and Financial Service providers.
• Managing a large portfolio of hedge fund clients within a wide range of jurisdictions.
• Ensuring KYC and all other regulatory requirements are met.
• Ensuring all fund related documents are completed and executed.
• Managing the onboarding of new funds, and accurate review of all necessary documentation.
• Organization of board meetings and review of board pack ahead of submission.
• Corporate annual filings.

We are looking for someone who is able to operate at senior stakeholder level, and work autonomously as well as part of a wider team.
