Account Manager


SteppingStones is thrilled to be partnering with our client to source an Insurance Account Manager to join their team! 

  • Develop and maintain favorable relationships with health insurance companies’ customers and brokers through superior customer service
  • Retain and grow the client relationship and effectively position our products with an emphasis on expanding the assigned book of business
  • Work with clients on their strategy about their health and wellness programs
  • Balance strategic planning and tactical implementation
  • Communicate and present information to audiences at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Review and deliver renewal activity
  • Consistently respond to client requests in a timely manner


  • Health insurance experience especially a very good working knowledge of the local Laws as they pertain to Health Benefits and Insurance.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience dealing with local regulators including the Health Insurance Commission and Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce and deliver presentations.
