Account Manager - IT Solutions

SteppingStones are currently partnering with a leading IT Solutions provider in the Cayman Islands who are looking to hire an Account Manager to join their successful sales team.

Your main focus will be to build and maintain strong client relationships whilst serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet the needs of customers.
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvements.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager/Key Account Manager within the IT industry.
  • Track record of successfully communicating with and influencing key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Extensive experience in delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs
  • Ability to manage several account management projects at one time.

On offer is an exceptional basic salary with an easily achievable OTE of CI$100k as well as the opportunity to work for a highly progressive and very well-respected organization.
