We are seeking an Accounting and Finance Officer to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards to support strategic and operational decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and post journal entries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support senior management decision-making.
- Evaluate financial transactions and provide insights to align with business objectives.
- Conduct research on financial and regulatory developments to ensure compliance.
What You’ll Need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of government operations and public service pensions.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
