SteppingStones is working alongside our client, a leading locally owned company, to assist them in sourcing an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
As the Accounts Assistant you would be responsible for processing invoices and allocating customer payments, following up on overdue invoices, assisting with generating monthly and weekly statements, investigating and resolving all discrepancies, and assisting with any other accounts duties as needed.
We are looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. This role requires excellent administrative and communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers. It is necessary that the successful candidate be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 2+ years experience in Accounts Receivables
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
