Are you detail-oriented and experienced with daily cash reconciliation? Our client, a well-established service and retail business, is seeking a Cash Reconciliation Clerk to support their finance function on a short-term basis. This role is ideal for someone with a background in bookkeeping or accounting support who is ready to hit the ground running.

You must be:

  • Currently based in the Cayman Islands
  • Immediately available
  • Legally able to work in the Cayman Islands without sponsorship

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cash and card reconciliation across invoicing, bank, and point-of-sale systems
  • Reconcile cash registers and prepare reports
  • Investigate and flag any discrepancies
  • Assist with returns, reimbursements, and file uploads
  • Liaise with management to resolve queries or escalate concerns

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in bookkeeping, accounts clerk, or similar role
  • Familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms
  • Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP and similar functions)
  • Comfortable working with CSV files, internet banking systems, and POS data
  • Highly organised, reliable, and discreet
