Accounts Assistant

Description

On behalf of our client, a highly successful business here in the Cayman Islands, we are actively seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their existing team. 
  
Duties;

  • Reconciliation of accounts and statements 
  • Prepare, review and process all vendor payments 
  • Review invoices and statements in preparation for payments 
  • Analyzing discrepancies and unpaid invoices
  • Carrying out preparation of all new vendor application forms
  • Other additional administrative duties

Requirements;

  • Degree in Accounting would be beneficial 
  • 3-5 years working in a similar capacity 
  • Previous experience with Great Plains would be ideal 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Mathematically minded
  • Excellent problem solving skills
