Accounts Assistant

Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Assistant to join the Cayman based organization. 

Our client is a global organization with a strong and growing Cayman presence looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.

This is a great opportunity to work with global teams, in a role with a high level of autonomy. 

The role requirements are:

  • Preparation, review and processing of all payment vouchers
  • Ensuring all funds are deposited to the Cayman bank account daily
  • Mainain file of processed cheque’s 
  • Custodian of cheque log book
  • Asist with account reconciliations
  • Analyse vendor discrepancies 
  • Monthly reporting

We are looking for someone with experience in:

  • Book-keeping
  • Associated degree in accounting would be an asset
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
