Accounts Assistant - Temporary


On behalf of our client, we are actively seeking an immediately available accounts assistant to join their Finance Team to specifically assist with Revenue and Payables. 

Specific duties for this role include; 

  • Processing local + foreign invoices
  • Answering all Accounts Payable inquiries in a timely manner
  • Preparing AR billing invoices and generating monthly statements
  • Assist HR with Payroll/benefit processing 
  • Manage AP + AP filing system 
  • Local reconciliations 
  • Manage petty cash + travel log
  • Additional ad-hoc duties

Skills + experience required; 

  • Ideally hold a 2-year accounting degree or be working towards one
  • 2-3 years experience within an accounts payable role 
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills 
  • Computer knowledge, specifically MS Excel
