Accounts Assistant - Temporary
Description
On behalf of our client, one of the leading on-island Insurance companies, we are actively searching for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for at least 4 months.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and follow-up on all bill discrepancies
- Reconcile all Broker Payments
- Update and edit member records
- Process new business documentation
- Printing ID cards
- Filing and scanning
- Insurance administration system data entry
- Additional duties as required
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or similar
- Previous experience in data entry and/or accounts reconciliation
- Exceptional numeracy skills
- Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking and organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Positive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a team player with strong work ethics and willing to meet tight deadlines
- Caymanian, Status Holder or Permanent Resident with rights to work only need apply
