Accounts Assistant - Temporary

Description

On behalf of our client, one of the leading on-island Insurance companies, we are actively searching for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for at least 4 months.  

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile and follow-up on all bill discrepancies
  • Reconcile all Broker Payments 
  • Update and edit member records
  • Process new business documentation 
  • Printing ID cards 
  • Filing and scanning 
  • Insurance administration system data entry 
  • Additional duties as required

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or similar 
  • Previous experience in data entry and/or accounts reconciliation
  • Exceptional numeracy skills
  • Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking and organization skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Positive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player with strong work ethics and willing to meet tight deadlines
  • Caymanian, Status Holder or Permanent Resident with rights to work only need apply
