Accounts Assistant - Temporary

On behalf of our client, we are actively looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their Cayman based team. If you have strong attention to detail, experience with reconciliations, knowledge of Quickbooks and can take initiative, then apply today!

Please note this is a temporary role. The hours are still full time, Monday to Friday, about 9am until 5pm, however it will only be for a period of 3-6 months. You must be available to start a new role immediately to be considered for this role.  

You will be supporting the finance team. Duties will include but not limited to; 

  • Extensive reconciliations 
  • Additional basic bookkeeping (AR/AP etc.)
  • Extensive use of Quickbooks 

Experience/Skills:

  • Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Accounting or Business Degree is a benefit 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial aspects of the company
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Must have recent and working knowledge of Quickbooks
