Administrative Assistant - Temporary

SteppingStones is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic and hardworking team!  We are looking for a candidate with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, along with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will have experience in file management, scheduling, filing, and QuickBooks. Experience in bookkeeping would be desirable. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support incoming visitors.
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  
Requirements:

  • High school diploma – an Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree desirable.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience. 
  • Experience utilizing QuickBooks software.
