Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact at reception — greeting clients and managing incoming calls
- Open and close the office daily, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, scheduling, and data entry
- Support internal teams with day-to-day office operations
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or front desk role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
