Administrative Secretary
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of secretarial and administrative tasks, including preparing case files, reports, correspondence, and official documents; transcribe written and audio content as needed.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, arranging venues, preparing documents, and taking minutes.
- Maintain accurate records and implement an efficient document management and filing system.
- Support ongoing projects by conducting research, analyzing data, and drafting reports.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring operational readiness and coordinating necessary purchases.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Strong word processing skills with an emphasis on speed and accuracy.
- Experience using electronic records management systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage workloads effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally in a structured, regulated, or legal environment.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Background in office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
