Administrator - CDD
Description
On behalf of our client we are actively seeking an Administrator CDD to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fixed term contract that will run until mid December. As Administrator – CDD you will be responsible for ensuring client due diligence meets all local regulatory requirements in relation to KYC, KYB etc.
Duties;
- Provide an exceptional service to clients
- Understand complex structures and be able to translate this into CDD
requirements - Carry out CDD reconciliations
- Ensuring relevant checklists and databases are up to date
- Resolution of queries from colleagues or the client
- Assist team members with queries regarding more complex structures
- Verify, scan, archive CDD into electronic filing and hard
copy storage as and when required - Carry out screening as required by the business
- Ensuring that Negative News, PEPs are brought to the attention of the relevant area
- Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements;
- 3+ years in a similar working environment
- Knowledge of KYC & KYB
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and a methodical thinker
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
