Administrator - CDD

Description

On behalf of our client we are actively seeking an Administrator CDD to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fixed term contract that will run until mid December. As Administrator – CDD you will be responsible for ensuring client due diligence meets all local regulatory requirements in relation to KYC, KYB etc.

Duties;

  • Provide an exceptional service to clients
  • Understand complex structures and be able to translate this into CDD
    requirements
  • Carry out CDD reconciliations
  • Ensuring relevant checklists and databases are up to date
  • Resolution of queries from colleagues or the client
  • Assist team members with queries regarding more complex structures
  • Verify, scan, archive CDD into electronic filing and hard
    copy storage as and when required
  • Carry out screening as required by the business
  • Ensuring that Negative News, PEPs are brought to the attention of the relevant area
  • Ad hoc duties as required

  
Requirements;

  • 3+ years in a similar working environment
  • Knowledge of KYC & KYB
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills and a methodical thinker
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
