Responsibilities

  • Perform a range of Administrative duties depending on the assignment
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software would be an advantage
  • Organized, timely, and professional
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
  • Knowledge in marine parts and equipment beneficial
  • Driver’s license with clean driving record and police clearance required
