Administrator - Corporate

Description

On behalf of our client, we are actively searching for skilled and experienced Caymanian, PR, Status holders to fill the role of Administrator. 

This role involves supporting the Corporate sales team with all day to day administrative duties, such as; 

  • Assigning sales leads to sales representatives 
  • Processing sales commissions 
  • Oversea the teams daily activities to ensure quires are being dealt with in a timely manner 
  • Prepare schedules for sales representatives 
  • Manage corporate account cancellations 
  • Additional duties as required 

To be successful in this role, you will have; 

  • A high school diploma 
  • At least 3 years experience providing administrative support to a team or an individual 
  • Strong IT skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and typing 
  • Ability to make decisions independently
  • Strong timekeeping and communication skills
