Administrator/Customer Service

Description

We are currently working with our key client to recruit a temporary Administrator/ Customer Service representative, to join their expanding team.

You must have previous experience in:

  • Data entry
  • Administration
  • Liaising with clients over the phone 
  • Supporting internal stakeholders with creation of documents
  • Creation of pricing and invoices

You must have:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of all aspects of the MS Office suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
