Administrator - Fund and Corporate

Description

On behalf of our client that provides independent directorships to hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity funds, real estate, venture capital and investment management companies, we are seeking an experienced Corporate & Fund Administrator. The successful candidate will be required to provide support to hedge fund directors, maintaining corporate records and client data bases.  The candidate will be required to liaise with ROC, CIMA, must be familiar with the online portals for CIMA and ROC. Previous experience working with hedge fund Directors would be preferred. Competitive salary and benefits US$80-100Kpa.
