AML & Compliance Manager
Description
SteppingStones is working in partnership with a global financial services organization to assist them in sourcing a Compliance Manager to lead and grow their Compliance function.
The role will cover various duties including AML, DMLRO duties, Beneficial Ownership, Regulatory & Economic substance filings, FATCA / CRS reporting and working closely with the team on island to ensure compliance obligations are met.
The role has tremendous scope for growth and will be responsible for leading the compliance team internally.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of AML & Compliance experience in the Cayman Islands
- The ACAMS qualification is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
