Architectural Technician

Description

On behalf of our client a highly regarded construction company here in the Cayman Islands, we are actively seeking an Architect Technologist to join their growing team.
  
Duties;

• Assist the project architect in the preparation of construction documents and specifications using computer assisted design software and equipment.
• Assists in the preparation and production of presentation materials, models and material boards
• Assists in the preparation and production of various studies and reports
• Prepares scale drawings, contract documents, and assist with cost estimates
• Schedules technical support staff engaged in the preparation of drawings and specification documents.
• Other Ad-hoc duties as required

  
Requirements;

• Degree in Architectural Technology (or similar)
• 3 + years of relevant experience
• Proficient in systems such as Revit & Auto CAD
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must have an excellent eye for detail
