Assistant Compliance Administrator

Description

This role is perfect for a junior level Compliance candidate to join a large, multi-national business. You will work on a full range of Compliance engagements including AML, CTF and KYC. 

The key responsibilities:

  • Reporting to and work closely with the MLRO
  • Processing and collection of client due diligence documents.
  • Review prospective and existing clients and conducting the relevant background checks.
  • Liaise directly with clients to ensure all relevant due diligence documents are received.
  • Providing assistance toward the maintenance of compliance data in document management systems.
  • Assisting with testing of client due diligence
  • Organize AML/CFT Training for all staff.
  • Maintain relevant compliance logs, manuals and reports.
  • Assisting with other compliance projects and tasks, as required
  • Assisting the Corporate Manager, Compliance Team, Compliance Officer and MLRO with all compliance matters, as required

The successful candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 1 years prior Compliance experience 
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills 
  • Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and possess excellent attention to detail
