Finance Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager! The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare financial forecasts and budgets.
• Provide financial analysis and support to management.
• Assist with audits and tax filings.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
