Assistant Manager (Health Insurance)


On behalf of one of the longest established Insurance companies on island, we are actively searching for an on-island Assistant Manager within Health Insurance Claims to join their busy team. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Monitoring and analyzing performance standards to ensure work done is within company guidelines
  • Supporting and training a small team 
  • Carry out Health care administration 
  • Support the Claims Manager with specific projects and day to day duties 

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have the below; 

  • Undergraduate degree within a related field such as Nursing 
  • Any Insurance qualifications such as FLHC, HIA or FLMI 
  • At least 3 years experience within the medical industry 
  • Experience supervising a team within health insurance claims 
  • Strong communication skills
