Assistant Manager - Liquidations (Qualified Accountant)

Description

Responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of clients including solvent liquidations appointments, wind-down agent services, liquidating trust services and other advisory engagements
Preparation of formal appointment documents
Review and analysis of corporate documents
Review and analysis of financial statements
Assisting with the day to day management of solvent liquidation engagements
Assisting with the realization of assets in the secondary market
Assisting with KYC
Liaising with investment managers, lawyers and directors of companies 

Applicants must have:
An internationally recognised professional designation (CA, ACCA, CPA)
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in either corporate advisory, solvent liquidation, audit or fund administration 
Strong client relationship skills
Be able to work to tight deadlines and willing to work overtime if required 
Preference for applicants to have a knowledge of Cayman Islands corporate recovery/liquidations procedures
