Assistant Property Manager

Description

SteppingStones are currently recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager to join a leading construction firm in the Cayman Islands. You will assisting the Property Manager with maintaining and supporting all commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with all landlord and tenant requests
• Provide regular property inspections and oversee all contractor work
• Provide updates and reports for all properties including expenses and property condition
• Support the Property Manager with annual budgets and processing payments to all contractors
• Address security concerns and be the main point of contact for all tenants

You will ideally have over 5 years’ experience in Facility Management including onsite management of contractors.
