Assistant Property Manager
Description
SteppingStones are currently recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager to join a leading firm in the Cayman Islands. You will be reporting directly to the Property Manager, responsible for supporting and maintaining all commercial and residential property services.
Key Responsibilities –
- Provide regular property inspections and oversee contractor work
- Support the Property Manager with all landlord and tenant requests
- Assist with the management of BMS systems and support with annual budgets
- Provide updates and reports for all properties and assist with contractor payments
