Refrigeration Technician

SteppingStones is working on behalf of our client, a locally owned and operated company, to assist them in sourcing an Refrigeration Technician.

The successful candidate will perform installations, maintenance, service, and repairs on Commercial Walk-in Refrigeration Units and utilize their knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical principles.

We are looking for a candidate that has knowledge of the refrigeration cycle and refrigeration equipment. The candidate must be punctual, honest, and possess a high level of responsibility and work ethic. The role requires that candidate speaks, reads, writes, and comprehends English fluently and be able to communicate effectively with Management and customers in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• A High School Diploma
• 5+ years of technical hands-on experience in the installation, repair, and service of Industrial and/or Commercial refrigeration equipment & HVAC
• A valid driver’s license
