Associate - Onboarding & Relationship Management

Description

On behalf of our client an internationally established and highly successful financial services organisation we are actively seeking an Associate to join their Onboarding and Relationship Management team. Located in Central Dublin, this is an exciting opportunity to build client relationships whilst supporting the wider team.
  
Duties;

  • Tracking activity on Directorships
  • Providing customer support to a portfolio of clients
  • Sending Due Diligence requests to new clients
  • Reviewing of board packs and minutes
  • Generating invoices
  • Establishing onboarding calls on a weekly basis  
  • Working with external insurance providers to ensure coverage of funds
  • Reviewing documents for signature and presenting them to the Director present notes as to why they should sign
  • Updating data on Salesforce
  • Helping with the audit process

  
  
Requirements;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
  • 2+ years experience in investment funds
  • Strong working knowledge of fund structures and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ideally has a working knowledge of French or German
