Associate Relationship Manager

Description

On behalf of our client a well-known financial institution here in the Cayman Islands. We are actively seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to join their growing team. If you are looking to work your way up, in a well-established and progressive environment, this may be the role for you. 
  

Duties;

• Liaising with managers to complete pre-contact planning for individual meetings, client calls and agenda sharing
• Provide project management and risk mitigation
• Review financial statements
• Maintaining excellent client satisfaction and a high level of service
• Aiding in business development by upselling products and services, gaining referrals and making introductions
• Develop and follow a personal development plan

  
Requirements;

• 3+ years banking experience
• Academically strong, with ideally a First Degree in a Business or Finance related field
• Working knowledge of group structure’s, policies & product services
• Must have great interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Previous experience in local and regional economies & industries
