Field Sales Representative

SteppingStones is working alongside our client, a leading logistics company, to assist them in sourcing a Field Sales Representative to join their team.

In this role you would be responsible for developing and administering field sales plans and processes to achieve revenue growth while enhancing customer retention and acquisition. You would be seeking opportunities for increased and profitable sales on new and existing accounts while identifying and contacting prospective customers and matching their needs with the products and services on offer. In this role you would need to create and present sales presentations and bids that provide product and service information.  

We are looking for a candidate that has experience with business development and account management. You should have experience with sales targets, sales proposals, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting. The perfect candidate is outgoing, personable and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be organized, detail oriented, and computer literate.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
  • 2+ years in a similar role
